Mobile App Data Collection
Our mobile application collects user-provided data (e.g. registration profile, physical body metrics, training schedules, and meal logs) to deliver and customize your fitness journey.
Microphone Access & Audio Processing
Our mobile application requests access to your device's microphone to enable voice-based meal logging and planning. When using dictation, voice recordings are transcribed into text. The raw audio is processed locally on-device and is never recorded, stored, or shared. The transcribed text is used solely to query food nutritional estimates.
Account Deletion & Data Retention
We respect your right to control your personal data. If you have registered an account, you can request permanent deletion:

You can delete your account directly inside the app by going to Profile or Settings and tapping Delete Account.

Upon account deletion, all profile details, meal logs, body scans, and session history are permanently purged from our database.
Third-Party Data Processors
The mobile app works with selected service providers to host data and process features:

Supabase: Manages secure user authentication, accounts, database storage, and media uploads.

OpenAI: Used to analyze voice/text descriptions to calculate meal macronutrient values. No identity details are shared with OpenAI.
App Consent
By installing and logging into the GDF Athletic Club mobile application, you consent to the Mobile App Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not enable microphone access or complete profile registrations.
