Refund Policy

Terms regarding cancellations and returns.

1. Membership & Packages

All membership packages (Bronze, Silver, Gold, E-1-on-1) and Day Passes purchased through the GDF Athletic Club website are non-refundable and non-transferable once the service period has commenced.

2. Cancellations

  • Members may cancel their recurring billing at any time by contacting administration.
  • Cancellations must be received at least 5 business days before the next billing cycle to avoid subsequent charges.

3. Refunds for Non-Delivery

In the unlikely event that GDF Athletic Club is unable to provide the agreed-upon services (e.g., unexpected facility closure), a pro-rated refund may be issued for the unused portion of the membership term.
